CHICAGO (WLS) — A person needed for allegedly killing a flower supply man in Oakland, California has been arrested in Chicago.

Eric Locelvira is accused of taking pictures and killing Matthew Gaidos on the finish of June.

Chris Folse was within the space and he says he heard “One actually loud bang instantly adopted by sufferer screaming ‘assist me!’”

Folse narrowly escaped being within the line of fireplace himself. He was out strolling his canine round 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. When he entered his house constructing, he heard a gunshot.

“It occurred actually fast. The altercation down the road. Apparently there was a disagreement between two folks and it escalated actually quick,” he mentioned.

Surveillance video reveals Locelvira strolling some canines, then arguing with Gaidos proper earlier than the taking pictures.

Officers mentioned the sufferer was delivering flowers and made a remark to a person passing by. The verbal alternate ended with the sufferer hurling the vase and the suspect firing a gun.
