Woman hit by train after being locked in car pleads no contest to misdemeanor


The Colorado lady who was hit by a prepare after officers locked her at the back of a police SUV that was parked on railroad tracks in Weld County pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor cost Friday after prosecutors dropped a felony cost towards her.
